In every post USSR city there is a street named after the famous Cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, the first man in space.
Gagarin died in an airplane crash. One story proclaims that on the morning of his death, after leaving home, he returned to his home for something he forgot. There is a superstition in Russia that if you forget something when you leave your home its better to leave it behind. Otherwise the journey will be bad.

In 1961 Gagarin became the first human being to journey into outer space.
It is said that when Gagarin exited the bus at the launch site he pissed on the back right tire. This became one of many traditions for Russian cosmonauts flying out of Baikanor, Kazakhstan.
